Auditing

Malta law requires that the accounts of a Malta company are audited by an independent auditor in accordance with International Fiscal Reporting Standards or Malta GAAPSE, depending on the particular requirements of the client or structure in question.  In this respect, we provide assistance in identifying the appropriate auditors ranging from any one of the Big 4 firms or otherwise smaller audit firms as may be required.
